Hotel Reservation
Hotel room reservations have to be made online by filling out the form and submitting it. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of the 2-night deposit (in case of 1 night reservation, only 1-night deposit is required). Congressline Ltd. will confirm by email each participant when the reservation and the 2-night deposit are received.
Please note that the deposit payment should be made by credit card through the on-line reservation system.

All reservation changes should be sent directly to Congressline Ltd. by email. (and not to the hotel) hotel@eurogamesbudapesthotels.eu.
The difference between the 2-night (1 night) deposit, and the actual final cost of the stay and the extras should be paid at the hotel upon departure.
Hotel prices are indicated in Euro per room per night, including breakfast and all the taxes.
Group reservation is not available on-line, if you need more than one room, please send an e-mail request to group@eurogamesbudapesthotels.eu.
EuroGames 2012 Budapest - General conditions of Reservation
Hotel rooms reservations period: 27 June - 1 July, 2012, 4 nights
Booking before or after the period: reservation is possible also 2 nights before and after the main period, but subject to availability
Hotel booking deadline: 28 May, 2012 – after this deadline accommodation cannot be guaranteed, it is subject to availability on a first come first served basis
Check-in time: cannot be guaranteed before 14.00
Check-out time: is 10.00
Cancellation Policy of Accommodation
All cancellations and changes must be sent to the hotel@eurogamesbudapesthotels.eu
Refund of the hotel deposit will be made as follows:
100 % refund (2-night deposit) – in case of cancellation received before 28 May, 2012, 10% administration cost will be deducted.
No refund (2-night hotel deposit will be charged) – in case of cancellation received after 28 May, 2012
Reservation can be made only with the payment of the deposit. (by credit card)
Accepted Credit Cards:
VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard, American Express
Card number with expiry date, card holder’s name, billing address of the cardholder, CVC code (the last three digits on the back of the credit card where the signature is - only VISA and EC/MC) are needed.
